These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Mahjee (legal entity name) (“we,” “us,” “our”) governing your use of the Mahjee website at mahjee.app and related services (the “Service”). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service today

Right now, the Service is an informational website. The Mahjee mobile app is in development and is not yet available. Features described on this site are subject to change and may be delayed or discontinued.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to processing of your data) to use the Service.

Intellectual property

The Mahjee name, logo, site design, text, and graphics are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission, except as allowed by law.

Mahjee is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Mah Jongg League or any other card publisher, and any third-party names or marks referenced are the property of their respective owners. Mahjong tile designs depicted on the Service are used for illustrative and educational purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse data made available through the Service.

Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party sites or services. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of your governing jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
