American Mahjong is a game of tiles played by four people, where everyone races to build one special hand of fourteen tiles. The hands you're allowed to make are printed on a card that changes every year — and learning to read that card is most of what this app is about.

You don't need to know anything yet. We'll start with the tiles themselves, then the card, then how a game actually flows — one short step at a time. No memorizing, no pressure.
