Using, holding, and swapping for jokers.
Jokers stand in for a tile inside a group of three or more. If someone has exposed a group that uses a joker, and you hold the real tile, you can swap your tile for their joker — a small move that wins games.

Remember: jokers can never be a single tile or part of a pair.
